Dr. Ruiz provides a series of virtual or in-person workshops designed to help your leadership team and/or staff start or continue their shared equity and/or leadership journey. Dr. Ruiz has supported the development of leaders through targeted leadership competencies, as well as facilitated workshops with schools and organizations on becoming inclusive, supportive and racially just.
